Dr. Tara Spearman is a seasoned chiropractor with over 20 years of experience, specializing in family chiropractic care and Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST). A graduate of the University of Victoria and the National University of Health Sciences, she completed a three-year residency in family practice. Dr. Tara is also skilled in treating TMD/TMJ disorders and tailors her treatments to meet each patient's unique health needs.

Favorite Pastimes: In my free time, I enjoy quadding, snowshoeing, boating, cooking, spending time with my family, and supporting causes like dog rescue and autism awareness.
